Maintain accurate project records and assist with tender documentation while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve queries and support smooth project operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed project records including timesheets, inventory, and correspondence to ensure accurate documentation
- Prepare tender documents, presentations, and related materials to support project bids and client communications
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues promptly
- Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support project workflow
- Communicate professionally and courteously with team members and external parties to foster positive relationships
- Use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiently to create and manage documents and presentations
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve project goals
- Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks to maintain high-quality standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the construction industry
