Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining relationships with clients, and driving business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product information to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO 9001:2015 standards where applicable.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is an advantage.
