Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and gather primary property data.
- Perform official searches at land offices and verify property details with relevant government authorities.
- Analyse comparable transactions, rental evidence, and market trends.
- Prepare valuation calculations using appropriate approaches (Market, Income, and Cost Approaches).
- Draft reports in compliance with MVS and bank panel standards.
- Manage inquiries from bank officers and corporate clients.
- Maintain organized documentation and internal valuation records.
- Assist superiors with specialized consultancy projects and ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Estate Management / Property Management, or other related fields.
- Fresh graduates with a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Must possess own transportation for site visits.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Solid analytical skills and numerical accuracy.
- High attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, and capable of working independently.
