Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Daily production part inspection and prepare OQC report.
- Perform sampling, inspection for incoming (IQC), in-process (IPQC), or finished/outgoing (OQC) products (Metal components/ engineering parts)
- Perform First Article Inspection report (FAI) and measurement on the produced products.
- Good work ethics.
- Able to use QC measuring tools (pin gauge, digital calipers, microscope and etc).
- Participate in any special project/task as assigned by direct superior or company.
- Knowledge and experience of doing ISO 9001 procedure & internal audit.
- Prepare monthly statistic report
- Reply customer on CAR / rejection issue
