Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Management, Science or Engineering or related disciplines
- Preferable 2 years of working experience, preferably in manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with support groups & others departments
- Good capability in communicating English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to optimize resources given to achieve targets
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Production Manager
- Coordinate & manage day-to-day production activities
- Manage the department to achieve the targeted Productivity & Quality and departmental Key Result Area (KRAs)
- Prepare Monthly Performance Report for department
- To ensure the implementation of quality system in the department is proper
- To ensure teamwork and high motivation among the workers as we as establish a healthy & safe working environment in the department
