Key Responsibilities :
• Overall supervise and coordinate at site
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
• Coordinate closely with client and other subcontractors
• Arrange manpower planning and site work sequencing
• Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage
• Monitor site safety compliance and housekeeping standards
• Assist in inspection works and ensure quality meets project requirements
Requirements :
• Minimum 2–5 years site supervision experience in construction or ID works
• Able to read construction drawings and coordinate site activities independently
• Good coordination skills with contractor and site teams
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines
• Proven working experience in Interior Renovation
• Candidates with CIDB Green Card will have an added advantage
