We are seeking candidate on behalf of our esteemed client involved in industrial waste management service company located in Telok Gong, Selangor.
Requirements:
• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training provided.
• Candidates with relevant work experience will have an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to multitask and work in a challenging fast paced environment;
• Excellent time management and committed to work efficiently;
• Require own transportation.
Job Responsibility:
• Client Correspondence: Prepare formal and informal communications to address client inquiries, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and encourage repeat business.
• Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
• Sales & Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies, informing strategic decisions.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities, proactively reaching out to potential customers to expand the client base.
• Sales Targets: Accountable for achieving sales targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Weekly Marketing Reports: Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Sales Data Analysis: Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyse sales data to evaluate effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Work across departments to ensure the smooth flow of business operations, aligning sales and marketing efforts with overall company goals.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9.00 am ~ 5.00 pm
Commission: RM2,000 – RM3,000 (upon hit sales target)
