- To handle and liaise some aspect of project ongoing clarification between principal factory and Malaysia factory
- To get all the requirement technical information on each product on the installation, fabrication, part, quality and repair each product
- Gather technical info to provide submission of quality issue , production on going and delivery of ongoing project
- To study on the usage and improvement of quality, fabrication and modification for future product improvement.
- To assist workshop and aftersales work related on going work installation incoming trailer modification and installation and repair work .
- To assist and follow up on the compiling all the documentation for the project such as CAR, FAT , NC, SAT , manual , training material and etc.
