About the role:

Crown Equipment Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Territory Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within a designated territory in Malaysia. As a key player in our organization, you will leverage your understanding of the market dynamics to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our company's objectives.

Your role will involve identifying potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication skills, have a passion for customer engagement, and possess a deep understanding of our product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers and key stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Provide post-sale support to customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in our CRM system.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and AS400.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to track sales performance and market trends.
