Custom Brokerage Executive (KLIA, Sepang)

Job Descriptions:

• Check and advise clients and agents on the correct HS Codes when required.
• Update clients on the status of shipments undergoing customs clearance.
• Provide duty and tax estimations to clients.
• Issue and accrue duty/tax invoices and forward them to clients.
• Advise clients, agents, and internal teams on required documentation and permits for customs clearance.
• Apply for permits with relevant Government Agencies or Authorities when necessary.
• Update Smartsheet regularly to ensure all departments remain informed on shipment status.
• Follow up immediately on any discrepancies related to shipment or clearance documentation.
• Collect and process supplier invoices for duty and tax; submit to Finance and ensure timely payment.
• Obtain Certificates of Release (COR) from vendors to support Operations in arranging deliveries.
• Serve as liaison between Finance and the Customs Clearance Team/Agent to ensure smooth document and transaction flow.
• Assist departmental staff with administrative tasks when needed.
• Comply with all Company Compliance, Corporate Policies, and Procedures.
