主要職責:

  • 透過電話、電子郵件和當面方式處理客戶諮詢。
  • 向客戶提供準確的資訊和及時的更新。
  • 與營運和內部團隊協調,確保服務交付
  • 協助解決客戶問題、投訴和後續事宜
  • 妥善保存客戶互動的相關文件與記錄
  • 支援吉隆坡國際機場的日常營運工作
  • 始終確保維持高標準的客戶服務

要求:

  • 任何領域的文憑或學位
  • 1-3年客戶服務經驗(歡迎應屆畢業生申請)
  • 良好的英語和馬來語溝通能力
  • 會說國語是額外優勢(便於與講國語的客戶溝通)。
  • 基本電腦技能(Microsoft Office)
  • 能夠適應快節奏的工作環境
  • 較強的人際溝通能力和問題解決能力
  • 積極的態度和以客戶為中心的心態
  • 能夠輪班工作,包括週末和公共假期
