1. Key Responsibilities
- Compensation Strategy: Develop and manage salary structures, pay grades, and incentive programs (bonuses, commissions).
- Market Benchmarking: Research industry trends and participate in salary surveys to ensure pay remains competitive.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee perks such as health insurance, retirement plans (EPF/401k), leave policies, and wellness programs.
- Annual Cycles: Lead the year-end performance review process, merit increases, and bonus payouts.
- Payroll & Compliance: Oversee payroll accuracy and ensure all practices follow local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Data Analytics: Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover costs, pay gaps) to provide data-driven insights to leadership.
2. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
