MANAGER, INTERNAL AUDIT AND INTEGRITY

JOB PURPOSE 

MARDICorp is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager – Internal Audit & Integrity to lead our internal audit and governance functions. This role is critical in ensuring strong corporate governance, compliance, and ethical practices across the organization. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Internal Audit Unit 

• Develop and implement the Annual Internal Audit Plan based on risk assessment and manage end-to-end audit engagements (planning, fieldwork, reporting, follow-up). 
• Ensure audits comply with International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) and review reports for accuracy and quality. 
• Lead and mentor the audit team, present findings to management and Audit Committee, and provide 

Integrity & Governance Unit 

• Lead and implement integrity, governance, and anti-corruption initiatives in line with NACP, MACC guidelines, and corporate governance frameworks. 
• Develop and monitor compliance with integrity policies, codes of ethics, and anti-bribery measures; manage asset declarations and whistleblowing reports. 
• Conduct governance risk assessments, internal investigations, and prepare reports for Management, Audit Committee, and Board of Directors. 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy, Finance, Business Studies, Economics, Governance, Risk Management, or related fields. 
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, ACCA, CPA are an advantage. 
• Min [12] years experience in internal/external auditing, including min [2] years in a managerial role. 
• Experience in GLC/GLCS preferred; exposure to ESG audits is an advantage. 
• Min [2] years’ leadership experience in integrity, governance, or compliance initiatives.
