Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices, delivery orders, and receipts
- Assist in payment collection and update payment records
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
- Assist in simple data entry and basic accounting records
- Liaise with customers regarding billing and payment matters
- Perform general admin tasks (filing, data entry, documentation)
- Support day-to-day office operations
- Handle phone calls, emails, and basic customer enquiries
- Coordinate with internal team and external parties
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Basic knowledge of invoicing / accounting is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Good communication skills
