Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Business Development (Growth & Expansion)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
- Lead high-value deal negotiations and close strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Key Account Management
- Own and manage relationships with key strategic clients.
- Develop and implement account plans to grow revenue and profitability.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
- Act as the senior escalation point for key client issues.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop the business development and account management teams.
- Set performance targets, KPIs, and drive accountability.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and operations teams.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Define and execute long-term commercial and growth strategies.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline, revenue performance, and key metrics.
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Support executive leadership with strategic planning and forecasting.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Min Degree in Engineering, Business Management or related.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development or account / program management.
- Experience in managing enterprise/key accounts.
- Proven track records in revenue growths.
- Leadership experience managing high performance teams
- Strong knowledge of ERP (D365 is an advantage).
- Able to travel occasionally.
