Key Responsibilities
Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, databases, and other channels
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability
Post job advertisements on relevant platforms
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Prepare and submit candidate profiles to clients
Support offer management and candidate follow-ups
Assist in onboarding, deployment, and administrative processes where required
Ensure timely updates and accurate tracking of recruitment activities
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling multiple roles and deadlines
Proficient in using job portals (e.g. MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, LinkedIn)
