Recruitment Coordinator

Dynamic Human Capital Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, databases, and other channels

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability

  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients

  • Prepare and submit candidate profiles to clients

  • Support offer management and candidate follow-ups

  • Assist in onboarding, deployment, and administrative processes where required

  • Ensure timely updates and accurate tracking of recruitment activities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline

  • Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR is an advantage

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable handling multiple roles and deadlines

  • Proficient in using job portals (e.g. MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, LinkedIn)
