About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer with a minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in the industrial sector. Product-specific experience is not essential — we welcome candidates with any industrial sales background who are eager to learn and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales opportunities within industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (factory/facility
- managers, maintenance engineers, purchasers etc.).
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable product solutions.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and follow up on sales leads.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in industrial products or industrial markets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, independent, and target-driven.
- Possess own car (monthly car allowance will be provided).
- Willing to travel as required.
