We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team and support our After-Sales Commercial activities. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Commercial Lead, engaging directly with customers to deliver solutions in spare parts, services, machine upgrades, and equipment improvement projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the semiconductor equipment industry, while building strong relationships with international customers and contributing to high-impact projects across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities in spare parts, services, and machine upgrades.
- Manage proposals, costing, and quotations, including technical presentations.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote value-added service solutions.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring quality and ISO compliance.
- Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
- Lead negotiation and deal closure to achieve high conversion rates.
- Work closely with global partners and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
