Partner closely with clinical leaders and institutional HR teams to deliver innovative staffing solutions and ensure a sustainable pipeline of nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals across multiple healthcare institutions.
Develop and execute a compelling employer branding strategy to position the organisation as an employer of choice in the healthcare sector.
Design and implement progressive recruitment strategies, policies, and processes to attract high-quality healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to conceptualise and pilot creative recruitment initiatives, expanding and diversifying talent sourcing channels.
Provide regular recruitment analytics, insights, and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
Recognised degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant Human Resources experience; prior experience in healthcare talent acquisition will be a strong advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build credibility and influence across organisations.
Independent, resourceful, and collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
