Vendor & Supplier Management

  • Conduct due diligence and research on existing and potential vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Evaluate and compare quotations and offers to secure the most competitive pricing and terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective sourcing solutions.

Procurement & Cost Control

  • Manage the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring orders meet project specifications and deadlines.
  • Negotiated contracts, policies and purchase orders with vendors to obtain favorable terms, including pricing, payment schedules and delivery timelines.
  • Track stock levels, purchasing patterns, and construction materials to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Logistics & Delivery

  • Arrange transportation and logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of construction materials to project sites.
  • Monitor and coordinate delivery schedules to minimize delays and disruptions to project timelines.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and payment processes.
  • Track purchased products and services, ensuring all transactions are documented and reconciled.
  • Generate and present detailed purchasing reports with actionable recommendations to management.

Operational Efficiency

  • Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to understand material requirements.
  • Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and project budgets.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and must be a computer literature person, Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Preferably Chinese speaking candidates
