- Pre-Contract Stage:
- Feasibility Studies & Estimates: Preparing preliminary cost estimates to determine project feasibility.
- Quantity Takeoff: Analyzing construction plans to calculate material, labor, and equipment quantities.
- Tendering & Procurement: Preparing Bill of Quantities (BQ), contract documents, and managing the bidding process to select contractors.
