Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers, oversea agents, vendors and internal branch offices.
Coordinate shipment for air freight and sea freight and prepare documents.
Prepare invoices/payable/payment to customer/carrier/supplier/agent
Pleasant personality and attitudes are preferred.
Have good experience –work independently, efficiently, hardworking.
Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years related working experience
Knowledge in handling air or sea shipments for import & export
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment.
Good command of oral & written English and Bahasa Malays
Computer literate
