Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate in Landscape, Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Min 1-2 years of experience in site coordination
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of site coordination and the construction process
- Able to work outdoors and travel to project sites
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Possess own transport and valid driving license
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Supervisor / Project Manager in coordinating daily site activities
- Monitor site work progress and ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers at site
- Assist in preparing site reports, progress reports, and documentation
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at site
- Assist in material ordering and site logistics coordination
- Attend site meetings when required
- Perform other duties assigned by management
