Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate information and timely updates to clients
- Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure service delivery
- Assist in resolving customer issues, complaints, and follow-ups
- Maintain proper documentation and records of customer interactions
- Support daily operational tasks at KLIA
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- 1–3 years of customer service experience in Air Freight (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin speaking is an added advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
