Responsibilities:
- Responsible for purchasing groceries such as food, beverages, and other household items for the residence.
- Track expenses and maintain proper purchasing records and orders.
- Prepare and submit all purchasing claims.
- Liaise with the person in charge for claim processing and related documentation.
- Act as a runner for urgent grocery and supply purchases.
- Assist in event coordination, including food ordering, setup, and manpower arrangements.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field of study.
- At least 1 year of working experience. Candidates with an F&B background are preferred.
- Able to work independently and willing to work extended hours when required.
