Job Responsibilities

  • Assists in the purchasing of goods or services as required, including procurement of new supplier where necessary.
  • Assist in daily data processing, prepare and issue purchase order (PO) and followed up on its progress until complete.
  • Keep track and update on goods (including spare parts) purchasing, receiving, delivery date, and update its record accordingly.
  • Monitoring status of orders from overseas suppliers, check on packing list and arrange on stock movement
  • Communicate & co-ordinate closely with suppliers/ sales team on purchasing related matter such as pricing, quality, delivery or document issues.
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate shipment(export/import) via sea, air and land freight
  • Ensure all export and import document is accurate and compliant with Malaysia customs (K1,K2,K8 forms) and international trade laws
  • To prepare, submit application from the relevant government authorities

Requirements:

  • Certificate / Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1 – 2 years of purchasing/ procurement relevant working experience.Candidate possess experience in dealing with oversea suppliers or shipment related work is an advantage.
  • Able to speak and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia as the role requires interaction with chinese clients/suppliers.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel etc.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

工作內容:

  • 协助采购货物或服务的相關作業和流程。
  • 协助日常数据处理,准备和签发采购订单,并更进其进度直至完成。
  • 跟踪和更新货物(包括零件)的采购、收货、交货日期,并相应更新其记录。
  • 监控海外供应商的订单状态,检查装箱单并安排库存流动。
  • 与供应商/销售团队就采购相关事宜(如价格、质量、交货或文件问题)保持密切沟通和协调。
  • 规划、安排及协调海运、空运及陆运的进出口货运,确保货物准时送达。
  • 准备、审核并确保所有进出口文件准确无误,并符合马来西亚海关规定(K1、K2、K8 表格)及相关国际贸易法规。
  • 负责准备并向相关政府部门提交申请文件。

需求條件:

  • 商科文凭/专业证书或同等学位。
  • 1-2年的采购相关工作经验.有与海外供应商打交道或与进出口货运相关工作经验者更佳。
  • 通曉英、中、巫語言說寫能力,因该职位需要与国外客户/供应商交流。
  • 懂电脑并熟练掌握MS Word, Excel等软件。
  • 自我激励,能够在極少监督下独立工作。
