Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender documents, and contracts.
- Manage procurement, evaluate quotations, and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, progress claims, variation orders, and payment certifications.
- Maintain accurate records and contract documentation.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on contractual and cost matters.
- Assist in preparing final accounts and project close-out reports.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Construction Manager or Project Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in QS/contract administration.
- Strong knowledge in measurement, costing, and contract terms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QS-related software.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
