Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive (Payroll) to manage end-to-end payroll processing for our retail operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary payments for outlet and HQ staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll for retail employees, claim, including OT, allowances, commissions, incentives, and deductions.
- Ensure timely statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Maintain accurate payroll records, attendance, and leave data.
- Handle payroll-related queries from retail staff and management.
- Prepare payroll reports and support audit or management requests.
- Ensure payroll practices comply with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in payroll, preferably in retail or multi-outlet environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll calculation, statutory contributions, and labour laws.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight payroll deadlines.
- Familiar with Autocount.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
