Job Description:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distribution.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and regularly conducting stock count.
- Supervising and coordinating the work of warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and costing reduce.
- Plan and organize warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with the logistics and transportation, to ensure on time delivery of goods to outlets and customer.
- Providing regular reports and updates to superior on warehouse performance and any issues or concerns
- Willing to assist any other ad hoc task assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. Preferably with hands-on experience in retail outlet supply and replenishment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Proficient in using WMS/ERP and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to analyse data and generate accurate inventory and stock movement reports.
- Passion for continuous improvement and a drive to optimise warehouse operations.
