Job Description

Stampede Solution is a leading technology provider in the Accounts Receivable Management and Recovery industry in Malaysia. We are looking for an Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing usage of our software solutions.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of client needs, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and users.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring solutions meet their needs.
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Liaise between clients and technical support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
  • Gather client feedback and share insights internally for continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for client needs to support product enhancements and development.

Product Knowledge & Consultation

  • Maintain strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Recovery software solutions.
  • Stay updated on product enhancements, features, and updates.
  • Provide consultative advice on best practices, customization, and maximizing software value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience in Debt Collection, BFSI, or Fintech industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
