Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Prepare project reports, timelines, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Identify project risks and implement solutions proactively
- Oversee site activities and resolve technical or operational issues
- Ensure project quality meets required standards and specifications
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 6-8 years experience in project management (construction background in CSA or M&E engineering)
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiar with project scheduling tools and site operations
- Willing to travel to project sites when required
