Joining the Fuller Impact team, you will be part of the pioneer team and play a key role in increasing the access to sustainability and ESG regionally. You will help design and implement sustainability and ESG strategies while contributing to Fuller Impact’s growth and long-term success.
We are in search of a passionate Sustainability Research Intern with a proactive and growth mindset approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sustainability & ESG Research
- Conduct research on sustainability trends, global frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, ISSB), and relevant regulations to support Fuller Impact’s programmes and strategic initiatives.
2. Competitor & Market Analysis
- Benchmark sustainability tools, platforms, and services to identify gaps, opportunities, and innovation pathways aligned with Fuller Impact’s mission.
3. User & Stakeholder Research Support
- Assist in developing and analysing surveys, interviews, and user feedback for programme design and strategic decision-making.
4. Data & Framework Mapping
- Support the organisation and alignment of ESG indicators, metrics, and categories with recognised sustainability standards.
5. Content & Knowledge Development
- Contribute to the creation of knowledge assets such as glossaries, toolkits, guidance documents, training materials, and communication content.
6. Policy & Market Monitoring
- Track sustainability-related policy updates and market developments across regions, summarising insights for internal use.
7. Documentation & Presentation Support
- Assist in preparing internal briefs, research summaries, and presentation materials for stakeholders and project partners.
8. Stakeholder Engagement
- Support relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and impactful outcomes.
9. Special Projects
- Support ad hoc initiatives across Fuller Academy and Fuller Solutions, including research, content development, and strategic innovation.
Requirements
● A final year student or recent graduate with a passion for sustainability and research.
● Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months.
● Business-level written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and creative problem solving abilities.
● Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, and operational skills.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
