Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and assembly lines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform tasks such as machining, testing, checking, calibration and other related process to complete a finish product.
- Conduct initial machine start-ups and shut-downs.
- Meet production quotas and efficiency goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Acceptance of shift work according to work schedule.
- Excellent physical strength and stamina.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent; Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is a definite plus.
- Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is required. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be advantages, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
