Job Summary
The Junior Executive / Executive supports in executing administrative, branding, and creative communication initiatives across Calisto Group and its sub-brands. The role contributes to daily operational coordination, campaign execution, and brand reputation management—ensuring consistency, professionalism, and alignment with the organisation’s marketing objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Administrative & Coordination Support
- Provide administrative and operational assistance on brand, campaign, and business development matters.
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, agencies, and printing partners.
- Brand Reputation & Public Engagement
- Monitor and manage digital brand reputation, including customer reviews and feedback across all online platforms.
- Respond to public inquiries and escalate service-related issues to the relevant retail or management teams for resolution.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, visuals, and communication across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate visual display maintenance and brand presentation standards, ensuring each retail store’s lightbox visuals are updated and aligned with current campaigns.
- Creative Content & Campaign Execution
- Liaise with the marketing agency in the creation of creative materials (visuals, captions, layouts) for campaigns, advertisements, and digital postings to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Track engagement metrics and report on post-performance analytics.
- Business Development Support
- Support partnership development and stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on market trends and opportunities.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities, digital performance, and brand sentiment.
- Provide feedback and insights from campaigns to improve future marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel and details oriented.
- Multi-tasking, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Expertise with office management software Microsoft 365 Business
- Knowledge of various visual and graphic design tools
- Experienced in retail and optical is bonus.
- Ability to remember critical details like product features and specifications.
- If that person has knowledge in graphics and marketing, that is a bonus.
- Good at graphic design and creative work.
