The Admin & Accounts Executive will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the company. Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliations
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
  • Assist with monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports
  • Maintain proper filing of financial records and documentation
  • Support external auditors and tax agents as needed

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage general office administration including supplies, maintenance, and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize company records and documentation (digital and physical)
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as leave tracking, staff claims, and onboarding coordination
  • Handle company insurance renewals, licenses, and vendor contracts
  • Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs

Requirements:

  • Education :Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience :1–3 years of working experience in a similar role or in a System Integrator (SI) or IT services company is an advantage

Skills & Traits:

  • Knowledge of accounting software is a plus
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
