The Admin & Accounts Executive will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the company. Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and documentation
- Support external auditors and tax agents as needed
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage general office administration including supplies, maintenance, and correspondence
- Maintain and organize company records and documentation (digital and physical)
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as leave tracking, staff claims, and onboarding coordination
- Handle company insurance renewals, licenses, and vendor contracts
- Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs
Requirements:
- Education :Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience :1–3 years of working experience in a similar role or in a System Integrator (SI) or IT services company is an advantage
Skills & Traits:
- Knowledge of accounting software is a plus
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
