Job Responsibilities:
Creating a nurturing, safe environment for our children at school.
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and school teaching standards.
Assess, monitor and report on the progress and development of our children at school by providing constructive feedback to support and foster their learning.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents and build strong positive relationships with all members of the school community to enhance the learning environment for children.
Take a fully active role in supporting extracurricular activities and delivering the School's Guiding statement and development plans.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Possess a min Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Early-Childhood Care and Education.
· Minimum 2 years of working experience in Early Childhood education.
· Fluency in English language and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an added value.
· Has good classroom management skills, and knows how to engage children.
· Able to work well independently as well as within a team to fulfil all job duties & responsibilities
