Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering calls, route calls promptly & correctly to the office staffs & take messages on behalf
- Responsible for arrangements of the documents & parcel courier service
- Perform any other administrative & clerical tasks as assigned by superior or management
- Assists in payroll preparation & shipment documentation
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Working experience is an added advantage
- Computer literate with acceptable command at spoken & written English & Bahasa Malaysia
