Job Responsibilities:
- To assist and carry out day-to-day operation matters.
- Assist in the coordination of delivery, filing, data entry and invoicing.
- Maintain and upkeep proper administrative records.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
- Assist in preparing documents in compliance for authorities.
- To provide administrative & confidentiality secretarial support to the related departments when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma in Administration or any related field.
- At least 1 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this post.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
- Meticulous attention to fine detail and able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
- Able to perform with minimum supervision and independent.
