Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily on-site operations to ensure projects are executed effectively.
• Attend and actively participate in site meetings, providing insights and updates.
• Prepare comprehensive site reports, documenting progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensure all safety regulations and quality standards are upheld on-site.
• Liaise with other contractors, engineers and sub-contractor.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, safety reports, and inspection records.
• Ensure all works executed are in compliance with the drawings, specification, procedure and project’s time schedule.
• Arrange workers / sub-contractor staffs their daily work schedule.
• Arrange material delivery to site & any sky life if needed.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum SPM level, Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in supervising steel structure construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
• Proficient in report writing and site documentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
