Sales Coordinator (Urgent Hiring)

Location : Puchong

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure payments comply with approval, documentation & accounting entries
  • Reviewing of monthly management accounts and ensuring proper accrual of all costs and

expenses.

  •  Liaise with external parties such as Auditor, Tax agent, Secretary, Bankers & etc.
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments as delegated by Superior
  • To involves in planning, procurement of materials and all the logistic arrangement with the warehouse towards timely delivery to customers
  • To liaise with freight forwarder on custom matters and shipment arrangement.
  • To closely coordinate/follow up on incoming and outgoing shipment/delivery with suppliers, forwarders and customers.
  • To prepare and distribute shipping, delivery information to relevant departments.
  • Good administrative and control of logistics costing.
  • To perform regular inventory cycle count and replenishment.
  • To provide administrative support to project team.
  • To maintain proper filing system and to ensure all documents are filed up to date

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Degree in Accounting or related professional qualification.
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Application. Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.
  • Junior Executive specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess a positive attitude, able to work independently, meticulous, and good analytical skills.
  • Preferably with minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience in the related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
