- Managing the entire shipment fulfillment process inclusive the import and export documentation, from receiving jobs to tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery
- Regularly communicating with clients to provide updates on the shipment status and etc
- Handling and resolving complex issues, such as shipment delays, cargo damages, or customs- related problems, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinating with internal division and external vendor for custom clearance, submission of document to Government Bodies, stuffing/ unstuffing plan with warehouse operation team, transporter/ haulage etc to ensure timely and efficient shipments
- Overseeing the operation to prevent wrong cargo, wrong delivery, wrong quality been delivered to customer
- Reporting updating, Job Closing and Billing Advice
- Responding to new inquiries from customers
- Collecting feedback from customers about their experience and using this feedback to improve our customer service level
- Assisting customers in filling claims for damaged or missing items and guiding them through the claims process
