Job description:
- To handle the post contract activity
- To assist in preparing the quantity take-off, sub contractors' payment certificates and comparing the sub-contractors' quotation
- To prepare bill of quantities (BQ) and other relevant documents for sub-contractors' quotation enquiries
Job requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Candidate must be able to commit for at least 3 - 6 months
- Able to read and understand drawings
- Have good command of Microsoft Excel
- Candidate must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
