We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation.

As part of our AI & Data Automation domain, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries, collaborating with international teams and growing your expertise in enterprise solutions.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Work on Microsoft application implementation projects, leveraging Microsoft data platforms such as Power BI, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks.
• Design and implement innovative solutions for medium and large enterprises as part of their Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Gain exposure to and deepen your understanding of business processes across a variety of domains, including sales, finance & controlling, logistics, customer service, marketing, Internet of Things (IoT), and more.
• Explore and work with other Microsoft technologies and platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Artificial Intelligence, and Dynamics 365.
• Thrive in a dynamic and stimulating environment that supports your professional growth, alongside skilled, motivated, and collaborative teammates.
• Contribute to pre-sales initiatives by engaging with clients, gathering business requirements, presenting solution approaches, and supporting the definition of tailored data and AI solutions.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in delivering Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence platforms and technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies.
• Flexibility and adaptability when working in new environments and across different projects.
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as Power BI, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks.
• Experience managing project activities, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel for short, medium, or long-term assignments.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

WHAT WE WOULD CONSIDER A PLUS

• Ability to build strong client relationships and support stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Experience contributing to pre-sales activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, and proposal development.
• Microsoft certifications related to Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or AI solutions.

What we offer

The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €30,000 to €45,000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
