In this role, you’ll shape the next generation of Ultra High Performance (UHP) tires, influencing safety, performance, and sustainability globally. What You’ll Do
- Develop and release new UHP tire products, ensuring performance, quality, and timely delivery.
- Support tire construction, tread, and cavity design projects, translating research into actionable guidelines.
- Drive technology initiatives and functional projects to improve tools, processes, and standards.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance product performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovations to life.
- Apply CAD/CAM and modeling tools to support design and analysis.
- Contribute proactively with ideas, initiative, and a focus on quality in all projects.
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Fluent English; French and/or German is a plus.
- Interest in tire or automotive industry and innovative technologies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Proactive mindset, ownership, and sense of urgency.
- CAD/CAM experience (preferably Catia V5); FEM/statistical tools are a plus.
- Attention to detail and a rigorous focus on quality.
