Pros: It's good for learning initial tech skills. As a Junior Software Developer, I got to touch a lot of different parts of the logistics tech stack. The team is pretty supportive for a startup.
Cons: Career progression is really unclear. There's not much of a path to Senior Developer roles. Mentorship isn't structured, so it's hard to get consistent feedback for professional development.
Advice to Management: Management should really work on creating clearer career paths and implementing a structured mentorship program for developers. It would help a lot with retention and building out stronger teams.
