About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming modern UI designs into high-performance, visually appealing web applications. Your expertise will enable you to collaborate effectively with product designers, backend engineers, and architectural teams to develop scalable and responsive user interfaces that enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in React fundamentals, a keen eye for detail, and a craftsmanship mindset to convert designs from tools like Figma into pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in React development.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js frameworks.
• Strong understanding of React hooks, lifecycle methods, and functional components.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.
• Familiarity with UI libraries and styling tools including Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Styled Components, or CSS Modules.
• Ability to interpret and implement designs accurately from Figma or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques like memoization, lazy loading, and virtualization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Develop and maintain scalable, maintainable frontend applications using React and Next.js.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI components that adhere to design specifications.
• Build highly interactive, mobile-first interfaces with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Implement clean, reusable, and modular component architectures to enhance code quality and maintainability.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless API integration and data flow.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and uphold high coding standards.
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and performance optimization strategies.
