About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UI Developer to join InRhythm’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in frontend development, particularly with React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, and will also have a solid understanding of backend technologies, especially Java and Microservices architecture. This role requires a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader capable of designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance web applications in a fast-paced agile environment. The Lead UI Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless, responsive, and innovative digital solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8+ years of total IT experience, demonstrating expertise in both frontend and backend development. Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript is essential, along with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Familiarity with building and consuming RESTful APIs, as well as experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks, is required. Strong knowledge of version control systems such as Git and agile development methodologies like Scrum is also necessary. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Additional knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and performance monitoring tools is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
Frontend (Primary - 70%)
- Design and develop responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Create reusable components and front-end libraries to enhance scalability and maintainability.
- Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, functional code that aligns with client specifications.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Work extensively with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript to implement complex functionalities.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
- Implement state management solutions such as Redux or Context API for efficient data handling.
Backend (Secondary - 30%)
- Develop and maintain Java-based Microservices using Spring Boot, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Design and implement REST APIs with a focus on security, performance, and scalability.
- Contribute to service orchestration, API gateway configuration, and distributed system design.
- Participate in database design and data integration tasks, working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ensure high code quality through rigorous unit testing and code reviews.
