What Youll Be Doing
- Build AI modules & pipelines (not just prompts)
- Train, fine-tune, and improve base AI models
- Turn messy ideas into clean, reusable systems
- Help turn AI experiments into real products and empower the teams
- Experiment fast, break things, fix them better
Skills Thatll Make You Stand Out
- Python (this is non-negotiable)
- Building ML/AI pipelines end-to-end
- Training & fine-tuning models (LLMs, NLP, vision any one is fine)
- APIs, data flows, and basic cloud setups
- Thinking in systems, not scripts
Bonus Points If You
- Have worked with LLMs, embeddings, or RAG
- Know Docker, FastAPI, or MLOps basics
- Like working with non-technical creative teams
