DotPe is looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer who has actually run production systems at scale and knows how to keep them fast, secure, and highly available.
Job Location : Gurugram (WFO)
Experience : 2-5 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
- Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure with strong focus on scalability and cost efficiency.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
- Handle high scale production database - Mysql and MongoDB.
- Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Working on monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and zero-downtime deployments.
- Automate operational tasks using Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- Manage container registries, artifact repositories, and package management.

Required Skills:
- Solid hands-on experience with AWS cloud service.
- Strong knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes with at least 2 years on production.
- Must have worked on SQL/NoSQL databases - Mysql and MongoDB preferred.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.
- Experience with Terraform.
- Good understanding of Linux systems, networking, firewalls, VPNs, DNS.Practical experience with monitoring & observability tools.
- Skills in Git, branching strategies, and version control best practices.
- Good scripting skills (Bash, Python).
