Qualification
We are seeking a seasoned
Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across enterprise-grade Java/J2EE applications deployed on modern hybrid cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams, and strong background experience with
Kubernetes,
cloud-native architectures,
Microservice Architecture , and
Agile delivery models.
Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery for enterprise applications built on Java/J2EE stack, and Microservice Architecture.
- Manage multiple project streams across development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Drive cloud migration, new development and modernization efforts using platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP or private cloud.
- Oversee container orchestration and microservices deployment using Kubernetes.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and program health metrics.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change control processes.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12 to 18 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in program/project management.
- Strong background in Java/J2EE enterprise application development, and Microservice Architecture.
- Strong background with any cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Private Cloud).
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification is a plus.
